MFS FARES WELL IN ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE COMPETITION

MFS placed second in the Environmental Science National Science League Contest. The competition consists of a multiple choice exam in which the questions are based on factual knowledge as well as students' understanding of scientific processes. The top ten scorers on the exam were seniors Kelly Barna, Harold Bozarth, Allie Chierici, Sarah French, Paige Joffe and Christopher Lojek; juniors Michael Eni, Samantha Kay and Emily Watts; and freshman Bethany Holtz. The advisor was Science Department Chair Dr. Barbara Kreider.
