Playoff Fever! Baseball Team Plays for FSL Title Tomorrow;
Boys Tennis Plays for South Jersey Crown Monday

Three spring MFS teams are in the heat of playoff action...

Baseball (10-5) travels to Philadelphia to face Germantown Friends School tomorrow, Saturday, May 16, at 1 p.m. for the Friends Schools League (FSL) Championship. (directions) The team also qualified for state playoffs and will travel to Bishop Eustace for an NJSIAA Non-Public B quarterfinal game on a date to be determined.

Boys Tennis (8-4) downed Bishop Eustace yesterday 4-1 to advance to the NJSIAA South Jersey Non-Public B Final. They will face Sacred Heart at Atkinson Park in Sewell on Monday at 3:30 p.m. (directions) The team fell to Friends Central in the Friends League semifinals.

Boys Lacrosse (6-6) has qualified for the state playoffs and will travel to Newark Academy on Wednesday, May 20 for a first round NJSIAA Non-Public B playoff match. Game time is 3:30 p.m. (directions) GO FOXES!
