What is May Day?

Every four years MFS hosts this Elizabethan celebration of spring that involves all of our students, from preschool through 12th grade. The tradition dates back more than a century at the school.

Where Do I Park?

Parking will be VERY limited on campus on May Day. Visitors are encouraged to park at the ACME parking lot on Chester Avenue or at First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown (101 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown). Shuttles will leave the Presbyterian Church at 11:00 a.m., 11:15, 11:30, 11:45 and noon to get to campus. Shuttles will run back to the church beginning at 2:30.

  • There will be no vehicle access onto campus from 11:15 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. - please plan accordingly.
  • The ACME lot will be open for guests, and the township has agreed to cover the parking meters on Main Street that day as well. Please arrive early to find a parking spot at the ACME or in town so you do not miss the Parade of Classes at Noon.
  • Students will be allowed to park on campus in the designated areas (the Bus Pad will be closed).
