MFS H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinic – INTRANASAL (MIST) VACCINATION ONLY
Thursday, November 5, 1-5 p.m.
Location:  D’Olier Room of the Meeting House

The Burlington County Health Department will only be providing the INTRANASAL (MIST) Vaccination on Thursday.

There will be no INJECTABLE Vaccinations on Thursday.

The schedule for students who are registered for a MIST Vaccination is as follows:

Students in Grades 3-12 will receive MIST vaccinations during the school day.

Students in Preschool-Grade 2 (parents required to accompany students): Parents should bring their children to the clinic in the D’Olier Room of the Meeting House for MIST vaccinations anytime between 3 - 5 p.m.

• If you are planning to arrive at dismissal to accompany your child to the clinic:
  • Park in the former Acme at 123 Chester Ave.
  • Pick up your child from his/her classroom at 2:50 p.m. and proceed to the clinic.
• If your child is scheduled to attend an afterschool program, pick up your child at
  4:15 p.m. and proceed to the clinic.
• If your child is scheduled to attend the extended day program, pick up your child by 4:30 p.m. and proceed to the clinic, which is scheduled to end at 5 p.m.

Required follow-up clinic for children under ten years old: Tuesday, December 1, 3 - 5 p.m.
