MFS presents William Shakespeare’s The Tempest on Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the school’s Auditorium. In The Tempest, Shakespeare uses fantasy and magic to explore love and hatred. It is a reminder of the very thin division between happiness and tragedy. Playing lead roles are senior Andrea Pennett (Prospero, the right Duke of Milan), senior Sarah Fischer (the spirit Ariel), senior Tyler Catanella (Caliban, a savage and deformed servant), senior Jen Donato (Miranda, Prospero’s daughter) and sophomore Jake Burbage (Ferdinand, son to the King of Naples). The Tempest is directed by Middle/Upper School Drama Teacher Mark Gornto.

Tickets are on sale and can be purchased in person only at the receptionist desk in Stokes Hall. Prices are $12 for adults/senior citizens, $8 for students/children.
