The 2012 Camp Fair Committee of Moorestown Friends School invites you to participate in the 20th Annual Summer Adventures & Teen Travel Camp Fair, held on Saturday, February 4.

We have consistently enjoyed a strong turnout from the surrounding communities of Burlington and Camden counties and remain the largest camp fair in South Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your program to a large number of families with children ranging from elementary to high school age.

In order to accommodate all of the participants on one floor, we limit our registration to 80 booths. We recommend you register before December 16, 2011, because space does fill quickly. The cost of registration is $275.00 and includes:

• A six-foot table with two chairs and two lunch vouchers.
• Ample space to display brochures and catalogues – plus available electrical service.
• Volunteers to assist you with unloading equipment and to deliver lunch to your booth if needed.

We pride ourselves on being the best in service to our camps. Just ask the camp directors that return every year to MFS!

The strong turnout for our Camp Fair each year is due to our promotion of the event. We work extremely hard to bring in potential campers by:

• Promoting the event to 600+ families at Moorestown Friends School.
• Contacting hundreds of visitors who sign up for MFS Camp Fair announcements each year.
• Distributing flyers to more than one thousand students in the surrounding school districts
• Hanging a banner on Main Street in Moorestown.
• Featured articles in local and regional news and family publications
